About the role

Each year extensive amounts of services such as renovation, loans, insurances, electricity, broadband, etc. are procured by residents and property owners. Also, within Odevo Group, which have drastically expanded its operations the recent year, the need for support, products and services are higher than ever.

Many times, procurement made by the resident and property owners is done in an unstructured fashion and without any bargain power resulting in expensive deals and time spent on something one would rather have had help in doing. We aim to change that and create value through turning procurement into a market leading service where we help our customers to get the best deals in a convenient way. Along with that, making sure Odevo manage our own cost base to support further growth is crucial for success in the coming years.

We are now looking for a driven person to support the recently formed group procurement function in executing on the Group Procurement Strategy and help our customers. You will also be supporting in developing Odevos internal procurement function by running procurement projects and implementing ways-of-working. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a journey that will shape the global residential property management industry.

You will be reporting to Head of Group Procurement and work closely with Management teams across the different markets and companies.

Responsibilities

• Having a central role of the strategic business development, from identifying new procurement service opportunities to packaging towards clients and support in go-to-market
• Jointly with Head of Procurement, setting up and shaping the Group’s internal procurement strategy and operations
• Be responsible for creating customer and company value by driving strong value propositions to our customers/users and embed cost-efficient solutions

• Broad experience of working with procurement in different organizations (minimum 3-5 years)
• Experience from leading complex and/or cross-functional projects
• Experience of negotiating and analyzing commercial models
• Experience from working in an organization with rapid growth is considered a plus
