About the role
In this role, you will be part of a very supportive team with in-depth knowledge of residential management and the PropTech industry. You will help design, develop, and maintain custom business solutions to meet documented business requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and associated technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Engineering and Product team to ensure maximum collaboration.
- Provide insights and knowledge of features and functionality to the team.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customers Service, Sales, and Power Platform.
- Work extensively in Microsoft Azure DevOps detailing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
- Help prioritise and plan users stories per sprint and per iteration.
- Manage the deployment cycle through different environments from development through to production.
- Produce comprehensive release notes, how-to guides, and instructions.
- Promote a sound Agile way of working within the team.
- Support and mentor other team members with their work.
- Provide input to other development teams when working with integrations.
- Participate in weekly playbacks to the business and key stakeholders.
Who you are
You are a person who excels at engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively within a team and contribute to the success of projects. You are self-motivated, confident, and possess excellent presentation skills. You think outside the box and have a keen interest in AI technologies.
Key Skills
- Five or more years of experience in tailoring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Power Platform.
- Skilled at clarifying and recording business needs.
- Sound understanding of managing sprints and business requirements using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work with RAID.
- Experience and interest in AI technologies, with a keen eye on how they can enhance business solutions.
- Proven customer-facing experience.
- Strong business analysis and requirement gathering skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Sound understanding of Agile methodology.
Desirable skills
- Experience with CRM Web Services.
- Experience with integrating with Web Applications.
- Experience with using Azure Pipelines.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies.
Location
This is a hybrid position, offering you the flexibility to work remotely most of the time. However, you'll also have the opportunity to visit our fantastic offices in London, providing a great way to stay connected with the team!
