Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician at Odevo
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Stockholm office, a key position as we expand our support team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service. What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Technician at Odevo, your primary responsibility is to provide seamless technical support for our internal teams. Your key tasks include:
- Delivering efficient technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing and prioritizing support tickets, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
- Offering both desk-side and remote assistance, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems, while supporting new starters and leavers.
- Collaborating with the IT team, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Supporting additional companies within our group as we grow.
Who You Are
You’re service-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a team setting. You have the ability to question existing processes and contribute to improvements. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow. Whether you’re more experienced or a junior with a hunger to learn, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role and develop new skills. You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience:
- A background in a helpdesk or IT service management role.
- Ideally, one to three years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in IT support, specifically with a focus on Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with Mac environments is a bonus.

Location
This is a full-time, 100% office-based role at our Stockholm office. Our office is on the top floor of the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm.
