As an ERP software development team, we specialise in creating integrated software solutions that allow our businesses to manage their core operations effectively. Through close collaboration with department leads, we document their unique requirements and translate these into functional software solutions that enable informed, efficient, BAU activity at all levels of our organisation.

The Role:
We're searching for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our 10-person development team in a newly created role. You'll be teaming up with three other skilled developers, to embark on an exciting project: creating a brand-new, internal web-based version of our existing desktop application. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and mentor our talented engineering team as we transition from traditional desktop development to the dynamic world of web applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Define and uphold high standards for coding, API design, security, and overall software quality.
• Design and implement a robust, scalable web application and API framework using modern technologies and approaches.
• Guide and mentor fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to bring new features and applications to life, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes, including DevOps practices and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, proficient in C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, and T-SQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and implementation of authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Proven ability to deliver across the entire web development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Fluent in English
• Degree in computer science (or similar)

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. We have an office in East Croydon and believe that the ability to spend face-to-face time with the team is important.
