About the Role

As a Senior C# Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our software solutions. You will work closely with a team of developers and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain several large-scale C# applications. Your role will be to work on new feature projects to delivery the business requirements. We are looking to expand and scale the platform so we look to improve processes, and redevelop elements as we move towards a service based architecture.

We have a smart well balanced team who work really well together, support each other and help to develop new team members.

The platform is a well cared for monolith application, using .net 8, Blazor, Maui and many other tools.

We work with 2 week sprints where you will understand the clear business objectives and tickets will be broken down into realistic deliverables.

Who You Are:

You are a dedicated and experienced developer with a passion for crafting high-quality software. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute your expertise to a team that values innovation and excellence. You have Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You are able to listen and work well with others. You will capable of taking clear functional tickets, exploring the system (with advise) and able to propose solutions. You will work closely with other developers and the QA team members.

This is a flexible environment, with the option to work remotely or in the office as you prefer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain C# applications, APIs, and services.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Experience with SQL Server and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
