About the role:
Odevo US is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts throughout the US and drive our brand's growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a clear appreciation for the user experience and a strong background in the development and execution of our online presence. In addition, the candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record improving organic search rankings and the ability to develop and execute effective SEO strategies. This combination of skills will drive the company to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive measurable sales growth and engage our target audience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Odevo's business objectives and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead and mentor our operating companies by fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience, site navigation, and overall website performance.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to websites, conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize web design and website content, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and industry developments.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, web design and SEO algorithm updates and emerging technologies to keep Odevo at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and reach.
- Drafts and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Partner with public relations team to enhance brand reputation, manage media relations, and effectively communicate Odevo's mission and values to the public.

- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web design, capable of driving innovative solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- A results-driven professional with strong analytical skills, adept at using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven success in SEO and web design, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented mindset
