Our Mission
We're on a bold journey to supercharge how the Odevo group companies operate by making artificial intelligence an integral part of how work gets done. As an AI Engineer, you’ll help create solutions that impact millions of homes and daily routines—making life smarter, easier, and more connected.
What You’ll Work On
Our scope is broad and future-focused, giving you the chance to explore multiple areas of AI innovation:
Intelligent Automation: Build systems that understand and process massive amounts of information—from text documents and spreadsheets to chat and email conversations from customer service.
Agent Framework & Evals: Design and implement an agentic framework with robust evaluation pipelines, covering reliability, safety, and performance, so we can continuously measure, improve, and trust the behavior of our AI systems.
Real Products, Not Just POCs: Ship and own real, production-grade AI products. You will be involved end to end, from prototype to deployment to ongoing maintenance, making sure what we build is used, loved, and delivering measurable value for users.
In short: you’ll join a high-speed innovation track where your work shapes how we use AI moving forward.
Your Role
Design and implement AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge generative AI and LLMs.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn ideas into impactful products.
Stay ahead of the curve—experiment with the latest AI breakthroughs and bring them into production.
Share knowledge and inspire other teams across the organization.
Who You Are
A passionate software engineer with hands-on experience in generative AI.
Skilled in Python (FastAPI) and React—or open to learning new tools for the right task.
Experienced in building real-world applications for users.
Curious, collaborative, and always exploring new tech developments.
Fluent in Swedish and/or English and ready to demo your skills.
