Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician at Odevo
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Stockholm office, a key position as we expand our support team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service. This role and team supports all three Odevo companies in Sweden, offering wide exposure, diverse tasks, and meaningful challenges. As we value in-person collaboration, the role is fully office-based, with the opportunity to work from all three of our offices in central Stockholm.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Technician at Odevo, your primary responsibility is to provide seamless technical support for our internal teams. Your key tasks include:
- Delivering efficient technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing and prioritizing support tickets, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
- Offering both desk-side and remote assistance, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems, while supporting new starters and leavers.
- Collaborating with the IT team, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

You’re service-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a team setting. You have the ability to question existing processes and contribute to improvements. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow. Whether you’re more experienced or a junior with a hunger to learn, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role and develop new skills. You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience:
- A background in a helpdesk or IT service management role.
- Ideally, one to three years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in IT support, specifically with a focus on Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with Mac environments is a bonus.
