Folio Association Management is a Florida-based, purpose-driven association management company focused on building thriving communities through trust, transparency, and collaboration. We specialize in portfolio, condo and sited community management — going beyond property management to help people feel at home.
Our DNA is simple:
- We are one
- We treat customers as neighbors
- We don’t just manage properties — we build communities
We believe the small moments matter — and that long-lasting relationships grounded in honesty, transparency, and partnership create peace of mind for both Boards and homeowners. We combine the attentiveness of a local firm with the strength, discipline, and standards of a scaled, modern operator.
About the Role
The Regional Vice President (RVP) leads, manages, and oversees a portfolio of primarily Sited Condominiums, complemented by a portion of HOA / portfolio-style communities. Beyond delivering outstanding service and performance, this leader will be responsible for building an operating model that will allow us to scale in the South Florida market. The RVP will design and implement processes, SOPs, training frameworks, and a systematic way of tracking and running our Operations — while coaching and developing leaders who can run great communities the Folio way. This role requires a proven community association operator who is equally strong in execution, leadership development, operational design, and who believes in growing people, elevating standards, and doing things the right way.
Lead With Heart & Build Leaders
- Recruit, develop, and elevate a team of Community Managers and emerging leaders
- Create a culture where people feel supported, connected, and accountable
- Ensure every manager understands why we exist — to deliver peace of mind and build community
Deliver an Exceptional Board + Resident Experience
- Serve as senior strategic partner to Board leadership
- Enable Boards to govern effectively through proactive, transparent communication
- Protect the living experience and “essence of home” for every community we serve
- Identify resource gaps at each client site (staffing, service scope, technology) and proactively recommend solutions, including value added services that enhance results and simplify life for Boards and homeowners
Design an efficient and Scalable Operating Model
- Build and deploy standardized processes, SOPs, service standards, playbooks, and training
- Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, and inspection points that drive consistency and predictability across every community
- Translate concepts into repeatable systems that make excellence the default, not the exception
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct operational reviews, site inspections, financial oversight, and service quality audits
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statute, contracts, and policies
- Identify systemic gaps in execution — then lead the fix (not just report the problem)
P&L Ownership & Sustainable Growth
- Own the full P&L of the region, including resource planning, budgeting, staffing models, and margin performance
- Build budget, P&L and margin goals — then lead the execution rhythm and accountability to achieve them
- Improve margin through operational maturity, efficiency, and smart resourcing
- Protect and expand client relationships based on trust, partnership, and follow-through
- Support measured, disciplined growth — growth we can support well
