Who You Are
Resident-experience and hospitality minded community leader who thrives on-site, is highly visible/approachable, and is comfortable working flexible hours to support evening/weekend programming across two communities.
Strong lifestyle programming and event operator who can build and publish monthly calendars, plan and execute signature events, and consistently deliver family-friendly, wellness, social, and educational experiences that strengthen community identity and appeal.
Collaborative, detail-oriented coordinator who partners effectively with Sales/Marketing and HOA management, builds resident clubs, manages vendors to quality standards, and proactively communicates site observations—without taking on covenant enforcement.
Experience
3–5+ years of experience in community engagement, lifestyle programming, hospitality, events, or residential property/HOA community roles (e.g., Lifestyle Director, Community Manager, Resident Experience).
Proven track record planning and executing recurring programming plus large-scale “signature” events (including budgeting, run-of-show, vendor contracting, permitting/COIs as needed, and post-event evaluation).
Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to support prospect/realtor events, tours, activations, and initiatives that enhance community brand and marketability.
Demonstrated experience building and supporting resident clubs/interest groups, facilitating volunteer leaders, and coordinating with association/operations teams to align with amenity rules and guidelines.
