About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the global CRM platform across our Sales & Marketing applications. Today, our markets operate on different CRM platforms, and we're looking for someone to drive the evolution of the platform by identifying new capabilities, features, integrations, and improvements that create value across markets.
Sitting within our IT Ops organisation, you'll work hands-on with internal CRM functional consultants across markets to deliver solutions that support our growth objectives.
This is a senior, strategic role that sits in the intersection of technology and business. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation – from global leadership to local OpCos- and work directly with Sales & Marketing teams at Market and OpCo level. If you enjoy owning a global product platform, running continuous discovery, and partnering with markets to prioritise and deliver solutions that enable their commercial objectives, this role offers significant ownership and impact.
Key responsibilities
Product ownership and leadership – own the global CRM platform roadmap, driving continuous discovery of new features, integrations, and capabilities while ensuring the platform evolves to meet business needs.
Product vision and platform evolution – define the long-term platform vision for CRM across the group, including automation and AI, and a path towards greater platform alignment where it makes sense.
Multi-platform strategy - assess the current CRM landscape across markets, identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, and partner with markets to prioritise and deliver solutions that support their commercial objectives.
Backlog & prioritisation – manage and prioritise the roadmap based on business impact, data, and strategic priority across markets.
Stakeholder leadership – act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT and OpCo leadership, building alignment across a complex, multi-market organisation with varying systems and needs.
User stories and specifications – write clear, actionable user stories and detailed specifications for engineering and consultant teams.
Customer focus – represent user needs across internal stakeholders
Agile delivery – work closely with the engineering and consultant teams in an Agile setup
Data-led decisions – use analytics and feedback to optimise product performance and adoption across markets.
User validation – validate solutions through research, testing, and iteration
Market awareness – track competitors, industry trends and emerging CRM/MarTech capabilities.
Who you are
You're a senior, commercially astute Product Manager who knows how to build and drive a CRM platforms across a large, multi-market organisation operating on fragmented systems. You're comfortable owning a platform roadmap, driving discovery, and collaborating with markets to understand needs and prioritise improvements.
You thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments where ownership, pace, and collaboration matter, and you have a track record of leading change across international or multi-market organisations.
Experience
Essential
Significant experience as a Product Manager/Owner for Sales & Marketing CRM platforms, ideally in an enterprise or multi-market context.
Experience setting or contributing to a multi-market or multi-platform technology strategy.
Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, data models, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working.
Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable user stories.
Confident, senior-level stakeholder communicator, comfortable engaging leadership across business and technology.
Desired
Experience with HubSpot
Domain experience in property, block management, lettings, or property sales systems
Familiarity with our wider tech stack – Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
