Group Management Trainee
We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to millions of people in their everyday lives.
Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners’ and residents’ expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen.
In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 14,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength.
By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards.
Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets.
As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers.
If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.
About the role
This is a unique opportunity to get insight into a hyperscaling international company from within. As Group Management Trainee you will work in the rooms where Odevo is steered, close to where our Value Creation Plan is shaped and delivered.
You will work most closely with the Group CEO, CFO and COO, and you will see up close how senior leaders think, prioritise and solve problems at pace, a foundation you will carry into everything you do next.
You will be trusted with real responsibility from the start, and you will learn quickly. Shaped by your own background and interests, you will take on projects from problem definition and analysis through to recommendation and delivery, and you will lead initiatives of your own. You will be encouraged to bring your own thinking rather than simply execute someone else’s.
In Odevo’s Global AI Program, you will contribute from day one, taking ownership of your own workstreams and helping drive the impact of AI on how we operate across our markets and OpCos, at a scale few companies can offer. You will also help run the Group Management Team’s annual planning cycle, preparing the materials and following up so that plans become action, and you will coordinate our most important meetings, including Group Management Team, All Staff and Board meetings, as well as larger events. That is where the access is.
From the start you will build a broad network across the Group and Market Leadership teams, as well as the board and Odevo’s owners, Fidelio Capital and CVC Capital Partners.
The role is designed to prepare you for a broader role within Odevo. Having worked closely with the Group Management Team, you will be well positioned to move into Finance, M&A, Strategy, Financial Services, or Tech, or to take on a key role in one of our OpCos.
This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to start part-time alongside your studies.
