About the role
Odevo Finland is on a trajectory of rapid growth, and more companies will join the group. Today, the Finnish market consists of two companies, Kontu and Retta, and together they are serving 9000+ clients with annual revenue of 88 EURmn.
Kontu is now looking for a Regional Director, focusing on the southern region of Finland. In this role, you will be overseeing the region, leading an organization of 110 people across three departments: Financial Management, Property Management, and Customer Service.
Your primary focus will be to set strategic goals that drive long term progress and ensure the sustained growth of the region. A central part of your role is to create purpose and clarity within the team, empowering employees to excel in their roles and aligning efforts toward the market strategy. You will play a critical role in recruiting, developing and building high performing teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in standardizing operational models, implementing new tools, and driving a systematic approach to consistently deliver value to our clients.
As a member of Kontu’s management team, reporting to the CEO, you will take full responsibility for the region’s results and manage the budget, driving strategic initiatives that contribute to Kontu’s overall success. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing team, playing an integral role in challenging the property management industry in Finland.

Experience
Most importantly, you share our values and are excited about our journey. To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a senior management role, with experience in developing and scaling service businesses.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles. While accounting experience is not required, you should be able to effectively support and guide the financial management team.
- Management experience in service-/people driven industries is beneficial for this role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
