About the role
Do you want to shape the future of property management technology across the globe? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the ongoing development & implementation of our new Asset & maintenance management solution. This is an exciting new software area for our industry that will change the way buildings around the world are managed. It is a green field product built with the users in mind and on a “best of breed” technology stack that is just at the start of a wider implementation for the US, with the potential for more global presence in the coming years.
As a Product Manager within asset management, you will play a key role in creating highly usable & scalable solutions that track the components (assets) that require active maintenance and lifecycle management in the buildings Odevo manage. This is a critical task to ensure the value of our properties is preserved and will help us to build further trust and value delivery with owners and boards in the properties Odevo manages. The solution you will work on has global potential with opportunities across multiple markets. You will work closely together with the Head of AM Product to define and maintain a clear roadmap and sprint priorities, translate user needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, and identify cross-market opportunities.
Your main responsibilities:
Own and refine the product backlog with the development team (user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done).
Plan sprint priorities & facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, retro).
Communicate with key end users and internal stakeholders on priorities and progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets market and customer needs. Work with UX Lead to analyse user behavior & adoption (instrument usage, gather feedback, iterate)
Collaborate with the product team on defining the broader roadmap & strategy for the product
Lead feature launches and drive successful adoption (enablement, internal demos, follow-up).
Visualise the ongoing and planned work to relevant stakeholders incl. internal senior mgmt. and customer representatives.
Track outcomes with agreed KPIs/OKRs and surface risks/trade-offs early.
Who you are:
Have a curious mindset & interest in user behavior
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing at various organizational levels.
A natural relationship builder with clear, pedagogical communication.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, and good at shifting focus while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in prioritizing using both qualitative and quantitative methods to explain complex trade-offs, securing clear conclusions and consensus.
Practical “Product owner” experience from driving a product development team's daily work
Hands-on Product Owner with experience running the day-to-day of a product development team.
Comfortable with modern product tooling (e.g., Jira/Linear, Figma, basic analytics)

Relevant experience:
5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar product leadership roles in B2B SaaS or services
Experience in PropTech or service industry product development is a plus.
Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred
Fluent in Swedish and English
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
