AI Product Manager
We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to billions of people in their everyday lives.
Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners' and residents' expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen.
In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 12,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength.
By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards.
Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets.
As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers.
If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.
At Odevo, we build production-grade AI systems that change how residential living is managed at scale. Our AI Engineering team is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and driven by learning - and we're now looking for a Product Manager to help shape what we build and why.
This is a role at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world property management. You'll work side by side with AI engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into products that thousands of residents, property managers, and support teams rely on every day. You'll own the product direction for AI-powered features - from early exploration to production - and make sure we're always solving the right problems in the right order.
You'll drive the roadmap for tools like our case triage engine - defining what great looks like, gathering user feedback, and working with engineers to continuously improve how we understand and route incoming maintenance issues.
Your main responsibilities
Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex case management landscape shaped by decentralized organizations, differing local processes, legacy systems, and uneven technical maturity.
Own the product direction for AI-powered case management automation, turning ambiguous operational needs into clear priorities, actionable backlog items, and scalable solutions.
Build deep understanding of how case handling works in practice today across the business - immersing yourself in operational workflows, pain points, and variations to ensure we solve real problems in ways users trust and adopt.
Act as the bridge between AI engineers, operations teams, domain experts, and business stakeholders - translating between technical possibilities, business needs, and day-to-day operational reality.
Drive alignment, prioritization, and delivery together with the AI engineering team and stakeholders, balancing business value, technical constraints, data dependencies, and long-term product evolution.
Drive adoption and measurable impact end to end - from discovery and rollout to follow-up, iteration, and continuous improvement based on usage, feedback, and outcomes.
Who you are
You thrive in complexity and ambiguity, and you are at your best when bringing structure, focus, and progress to situations that are not yet well defined.
You are genuinely curious about how work happens in practice and willing to go deep into the domain to understand workflows, edge cases, and operational pain points.
You build trust quickly and communicate clearly across functions, levels, and backgrounds - from highly technical teams to operational stakeholders and senior leadership.
You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, balancing short-term needs with long-term direction, and adjusting course as new insights emerge.
You combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, and you care as much about adoption and outcomes as you do about delivery.
You are excited by applied AI and motivated by the challenge of turning new technology into products that create real value in complex environments.
What we are looking for
A true product owner who is the natural go-to person for the AI product domain - perceived as an owner, not a coordinator.
Someone who can bridge the gap between engineers who care deeply about their craft and stakeholders who care about outcomes.
A data-driven decision maker who is comfortable making trade-offs and driving alignment across functions.
An excellent communicator - verbal and written - who can make complex AI concepts accessible to any audience.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, open, and supportive environment.
Relevant experience
5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-driven services.
Hands-on experience working with AI, ML, or data-driven product teams is a strong plus.
Experience in PropTech or the service industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
