About the role

We are looking for a Designer to join Odevo UK and play a key role in shaping and delivering our group-wide brand aesthetic across a fast-growing portfolio of operating companies.

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, this is a pivotal role within our commercial team. You will own the quality, consistency and execution of brand collateral across all channels, ensuring that whenever and wherever our brands appear, they do so to the highest standards.

This is a role for a designer who loves building brands properly: strong craft, strong taste, commercially aware, and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing group-wide design and branding standards

• Creating high-quality brand assets across digital and offline channels

• Designing collateral for multiple operating companies across Odevo UK

• Ensuring all creative output aligns with agreed brand and portfolio strategies

• Working with stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver against objectives

• Providing design direction, inspiration and brand expertise across the group

• Improving templates, toolkits and ways of working to increase quality and speed

• Staying close to emerging design trends to keep our brands modern and competitive

Experience

• Strong experience in brand and design across multiple channels

• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design craft, range and consistency

• Proven ability to deliver commercial value through design

• Experience creating assets for both online and offline use

• Confidence working with stakeholders and translating briefs into great output

• Strong organisation, prioritisation and delivery discipline

• Curiosity for emerging design trends, new tools and creative innovation
